We are happy to accept payment with Twint in our store and also online.

Prepayment

Of course, prepayment is also possible free of charge.

Puchase with invoice

To explain: when you order from us, you then have the option in the shopping cart to select your desired payment method. The option "purchase with invoice" is only displayed here if your creditworthiness could be checked positively. This credit check is automatically initiated by an external partner and cannot be influenced by us. Incorrect addresses (perhaps you have recently moved and the system does not yet know your new address) will lead to rejection, as will any late payments.

If you do not see the option "purchase with invoice", we ask you to choose another payment method and thank you for it.

The invoice will be sent by mail after the shipment and is payable within 15 days.

BB GmbH reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and may forward customer data to third parties for this purpose. In case of late payment, a default interest of 5% per year plus reminder fees of CHF 25.00 will be charged. BB GmbH is also entitled in case of default of payment to assign the claim to third parties or to assign the collection of the claim to third parties at the customer's expense.

Credit assessment and scoring

If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of a purchase with invoice, we may obtain creditworthiness information from a credit agency on the basis of mathematical statistical procedures in order to protect our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to a credit agency and use the information received about the statistical probability of a payment default for a weighed decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. We will be happy to inform you on request which credit agencies we use for this purpose.

Disclosure of personal data

Your personal data will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery or corresponding financial service provider within the framework of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery or payment of the goods.

Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

Postcard

Online as well as in the store you can also pay with the Postcard.

Credit card

Payment with Visa is also possible with us online - unfortunately we cannot accept Mastercard, as we do not find their behavior ("penalty" surcharge for e-cigarette retailers) fair.

In our stores

In our retail store we are happy to accept cash as well as all card payments (EC as well as credit cards) as well as Apple Pay and Twint.

Note: we are also happy to offer the option "payment upon pickup". Unfortunately, we have already made the experience several times that goods were ordered in our system and thus blocked and then never picked up. We therefore reserve the right to cancel orders that are not picked up within 3 working days and thus release the goods for sale again. Thank you for your understanding!
